Healthy lifestyle is very important thing. Recently, more and more people pay attention on lifestyle to get a healthy body. Different people have different opinion on healthy lifestyle. For my part, I think healthy lifestyle need three parts: good eating habits, regular rest schedules, and appropriate exercise.
First, good eating habits are the basic way to get health. In modern society, people have so many things to do, so they usually eat fast food or snack as their lunch. It is very harm for people's health, because fast food or snack can not provide some nutrient element, like vitamin or calcareous.
Second, have a regular rest schedule is also the important of healthy lifestyle. Young people always feel that they are very strong, so they do not care about stay up late on week days or sleep all day on vacations. Then, they feel bad, and some trouble may happen on their body. In fact, those problems are all because of confusing rest schedule. Have a regular rest schedule not only help people have a healthy body, but also make people look good.
Third, do some exercise is benefit for peoples' health. If some people are not busy, they can go to communicate center to do some exercise, such as play some ball game or climbing, but if others have so much things to do, I can show some method. In the morning, they can go upstairs by themselves if it is possible; after people have a supper, take a walk is wonderful choose.
Healthy lifestyle is easy to do, but not simple to obey. As a international student in OU, I like eating healthy food, and do some exercise in Ping Center. Have a healthy lifestyle is a excellent thing, so please do three parts to get health.
